All dahlia tubers are hand-separated and checked carefully for disease, rot, viability and eyes. Please check over your tubers carefully upon arrival. If you are not satisfied with the state of the tuber when received, please email with photos of the tubers. Runic Farm will not be responsible for a refund after such time has passed. Storage and the 'waking up' process vary wildly from province to person, as so we will not guarantee the health of the tubers beyond arrival of the shipment. I am happy to provide advice and guidance for the storage to waking up process!
